Where is the bonus of "Galactic Development Campaign"?

I worked hard for reaching Level 2 of the "Galactic Development Campaign".
And I get nothing???
I can't see any XP boost, notification or whatever, I feel betrayed!

So what is the bonus, please? 2 percent more XP for each enemy kill or what?

    it is an increase to marks. Though I am not sure the percents are correct.
