in Tribble - General Discussion and Feedback
It's wierd - I could access tribble for both LoR and DR as a f2p player. Could anyone else do this?

I've gone and got a month's sub just so I can test AoY...

    Well, they said you needed to be gold or a lifer this time around. I don't see why you're surprised f2p can't access it.

    It's not that I'm surprised, it's that I'm confused as to why I had access the last 2 expansions... I was merely wondering if anyone else had experienced this.

    Legacy of Romulus had a limited closed beta. If there was an open after that I'm not sure as I got into the closed beta. There was no mention of gold or silver requirements, just player profiles. It seems this time they wanted to do things differently.

    They've pulled this at least twice in the past 4 years. Not sure why they do it. Even when they ask people to go into Tribble to test, it's a ghost town there. Add to that all the troll fleets asking for payment for access Tribble fleets which further kills testing over there.
