Buying the Temporal Special Agent Pack

I know this is the wrong section for this thread, but this is the most popular section and I need some help.

So, I'm trying to buy the pack with some money I recently got. I clicked the link given in the news blog about the packs, and it opened up a Chrome tab. Okay, good. I log in to my Arc account to make buying it easier, click "Add to Cart" and... nothing. No option to checkout, no place that says "Cart", nothing. Can anyone give me a hand on this, because I've never actually bought anything but Zen for STO before and I don't actually know what I'm doing here.

I've never liked Chrome, I prefer Firefox and never had any issues on PWE sites.

I should have stated in the original post that I'd prefer help and not the start of a debate as to which browser is better -_- Also, Firefox crashes on my comp when it has more than two open tabs, so it's useless to me.

If you are logged in, and it added to cart properly, it goes right to the Shopping Cart page for payment. I see a shopping cart icon atop the page letting me know that I have 1 item in the cart also.

Browser war or not, it does seems you are having a browser issue. Try switching to something else of tour choice.
    Or do it at work.

if using an adblocker turning that off for a bit might help

STO isn't canon, and neither are any of the books.

I had no issues buying the pack with Chrome - as kodachikuno says disabling ad- or pop-up blockers might help.

Problem solved, I wound up having to add it to my cart on my phone and then actually buy it on Arc. Was mildly annoying, but it saved me from the pain in the rear that deactivating my adblocker for even a few minutes would bring.
