Meh, just deleted a toon that had 50-60 of those claims. That's what I get for not reading patch notes. Either way, I'd rather have upgrade dilithium vouchers rather than rep, fleet.

Some excessively grown-up and frugal part of me thinks giving away 50% of the Dil value is extreme. But I somehow think I will still make use of this feature frequently when I need to finish a Rep project or build up Fleet Credits for fleet equipment. I certainly have enough vouchers stockpiled throughout my alts.

Yeah I'm in a fleet less than a month old and I put well over 150k worth into projects. I supppose they should raise the refining
rate at end game at least.

In my case, my main has over 500k in unrefined dil now (and holding around there)... and the Dil Claims he has are old bound ones, so he cannot pass them on... so... this makes for a nice way to use them up

Great update also giving props to the dev's... Now if they would finally increase that exchange rate.
