Doff rewards vanishing - Am I the only one?

It happened several times to me that doffs presented as duty rewards just vanished and never appeared in the duty roster.
I lost e.g. two purple doffs from asylum duties. They just vanished. And just now after I exchanged 5 green doffs at the personal-officer into one blue, it shows a blue as reward with a name (but in the log with a different name) ... an again: vanished.
Log says: "Jeane Elizabet Hornberger" as reward. But no Jeane in my roster?!?

Do I something wrong? Do they come later? Have others made similar experiences?

    No, I have made Bug reports, filed for help from a GM (that is a joke in itself) and even almost left the game a couple of times because of this issue. The GMs have no idea even what STO is and that isn't a joke...and the bug reports seem to go unnoticed. I have watched rewards Vanish from my inventory and Roster. I am thinking PWE controls the DOFF system now...and BTW...I Hate ARC more each day.
