mission ground sets

I have been playing the featured Episode a lot These days - I have 17 toons and I want to get the ground set for my BOffs.
Comparing not the stats but GETTING the Jem Haddar and the Nakuhl set:
Jem Haddar are three different missions. They have been in the game for ages, so I can do them whenever I feel like. And that makes them fun - even though the missions themsvels aren't the best.
For Nakuhl set on the other Hand you only have to Play one Mission...REPEATEDLY. And the first week they put in a extra (jacket) that you would only get in that one week. So one is urged to do that Mission on each toon in that week (later reruns are more relaxed though). So less Story, more reruns to get a set. Which makes the Mission more annoying.
While I do quite like the Mission rewards that were handed out recently, the fact that one has to replay missions - combined with the fact one cannot skip cut Scenes (!!!!) - makes them something one HAS to do rather than something one WANTS to do.
a few Points:
"Play this week to get a Special reward" - I think this should be reserved for Mission reruns at a later time (ie to get the Breen or Reman BOFF) and/or extended over a longer time.
make missions Shorter/split them up and spread out rewards over more missions - like it used to be for Breen space and Jem Haddar space and ground set.
allow Videos to be skipped - which would allow a faster run through during the reruns
make at lest slightly different versions for FED/KDF/Rom
To sum up: to get 1 full and the initial bonus (jacket) set on my toons, I have to do 17x3 runs, 17 of which have to be done in a certain time.
Now for me that is a bit irritating, but I do it - if I have the time. However, I have become fleet co lead of our fleet due to 4 previous fleet leads (and a few other players I knew well) stopping to play as they felt it was grinding rather than playing.
What are your thoughts on that? Do you enjoy replaying the missions (even if you have fewer toons)? Would you prefer missions to be Shorter or stay as they are? Do unskippable Videos annoy you or do you think that they should be just that?

And i got 19 toons....
Still, once the Time Slip bug, and then the Secondary Attack bug will get fixed, the Na'khul will be the best cheap set for BOFFs...
(the best cheap ground set for Players is for me the Romulan Imperial Navy - not sure if anything, that's not reputation set, can beat +20% plasma damage with plasma repeater from the same mission)
The Jam'Hadar set need to be payed with dil/tech upgrades to upgrade it, and it comes only up to level XI by itself.
Edit - i just find, the even if the set got note "Cannot equip more that 1 of this item" on each part, you can actually get 4 of full sets and put on 4 different BOFFs - so now i will do this mission 3x19 more times
