in Star Trek Online General Discussion
Hi all, anyone no of a location in sto called neverwinter cause that where one of my friends in my friends list is at the mo., ???? or are the servers screwed up.

    It sounds like your friend is in the holodeck roleplaying some type of sword and sorcery story or something.

    Neverwinter is another game on the same server. Your friend is currently playing that game instead of STO. Which is of course a silly thing to do.​​

    But if he is playing neverwinter why is he showing up in sto,,,,??????

    Because the Cryptic friend/chat system is cross-game. You can chat with your friends who are playing other games, hence it shows you who is online.
