Herald Armors: Allow Herald Cloth on Herald Tactical Combat Armor

Herald Armors are in my opinion the most awesome looking costumes in the entire game. But when you have purchased both the Herald Thrall Outfit and the Herald Tactical Combat Armor you aren't able to wear the herald cloth chest gear accessory unless wearing Herald or Herald Simple Chest gear. I propose allowing, once purchased for all the Tactical combat armor's chest gear options be able to wear the herald cloth as well to make the armors look even more awesome than they already are
