Formal shoes and skirts

Is there a particular reason why there's different shoe options between tight pants vs skirts?

I wanted to try a classy look using a skirt with formal shoes but the shoes don't appear as an option.
Why is it so?
Is there a work around?

Hopefully this isn't a KDF related issue.
