Reacquiring DOFF from Cluster renown assignment

I unintentionally submitted a blue DOFF, Thea Ashley, for a completed permanent re-assignment mission. She is the reward for the D'Kel Star Cluster assignment chain, after the Renown mission. Is there any way to get this DOFF back? I've seen I can "possibly" do the chain over again, but is she the same reward or is it different or random? Thanks.

First time you get a blue doff, second time and beyond you get a purple doff. Your blue one is lost.
