New Ground Warfare doffs - react to clickies and traits?

They come in 2 flavours: triggered by kits or triggered by capt abilities. For the purposes of these doffs do clickies from active rep powers, set bonuses or specializations count as capt abilities?

Do kits with an activation and then possible follow up click get a chance to trigger on each?

I suppose similar questions can apply to the space doffs.

I haven't found any of these on the exchange. Are they bind on pickup? Are they listed under some category other than Ground/Space Warfare Specialist?​​

Ultra rare rather than very rare, from current lockbox. Its far from clear if they are curently working, however if they ever do work, it should give people doing adv/elite ground a new first choice 6th doff.

As for them working... I'd expect them to work, but it would be hard to test without watching everything very closely. 20% chance for 10%, I'm not sure it would be very noticeable compared to any innate regen.​​

20% chance of 20% for the next 5 attacks, thats a lot when tacs regularly spike over 1k and heath is 750ish, not much if getting weak radiation ticks on a sci. Dunno about everyon else, but I find commando enough to have skills on such fast CD that Im spending a lot of time buffing, each click is a 20% chance.
