Question about some discontinued game content

I wasn't sure where this should go, but I was wondering if there is any possibility in the future of bringing back some of the discontinued content for newer players. I was mainly thinking(for myself at least), of the Bloodwine emote. Even if you put a zen price tag on it, it's definitely something that I'd love to have for my characters, but from what I've read, the ability to acquire this emote is no longer available. Might seem trivial to other people, yet to me, I enjoy immersing myself in some of the "little aspects" of the game.
