Chancellor,
The hunters have now become the hunted.
IKS Huntress, Brel Class, has become outdated. She needs to have atleast one extra console, if not two in the tactical, engineering, or science departments in order to effectively continue her solo hunts against the Empire's enemies.
Another possibility is to add another fore or aft weapon array slot.
If a console or another weapon slot cannot be added, may I humbly request a toughter duranium-type alloyed hull of about 5k or more in thickness. Like the mighty u-boats of earther history, the hunters have now become the hunted.
Many a day my crew will have to flee battle due to over-whelming forces. For a Klingon, this is insulting and not worthy of Sto'vokor. I have already had to kill three crewmembers who plotted to mutiny. My blade is now stained with the blood of mutineers.
The new Kor class bird of prey is insulting. With the exception of the six Quantum yield torpedoes that it can fire, it is much weaker than my IKS Huntress. The new Kor class vessel that you assigned to me was good target practice for the IKS Huntress. It is now a burning hulk orbiting the planet Cursa.
Please consider a substantial upgrade to all bird of preys.

Gre'thor?
Still I wouldn't mind if they gave it more offensive/defensive perks.
What are the specifications of your weapons and consoles? Of what quality are your shields and engines...your deflector array? And what of your crew? How is their training progressing? You complain about the inadequacy of your vessel's capabilities, but do not offer what upgrades have been done, if any, in the Klingon shipyards.
Your report is incomplete, captain.
Submit your findings to the nearest shipyard and prepare your vessel and crew for an extended retrofitting.
(You'll have zero problems, even if you're spec'ed poorly, if everything is at Mk XIV Epic.)
