    I have no idea, but I don't know why you need to recover crew that the ship no longer has as part of the skill revamp

    It has a new effect, mentioned in the recent patch notes.​​

    Norway and Yeager dammit... I still want my Typhoon and Jupiter though.
    JJ Trek The Kelvin Timeline is just Trek and it's fully canon... get over it. But I still prefer TAR.

    [Console - Science - EMH] is a unique Science Console that came as a limited time Atari retail exclusive for purchasing Star Trek Online.

    That means go to ebay or some similar location and buy it.​​

    The promotional "EMH" Science Console no longer restores Crew when activated, but instead provides a passive Bridge Officer Cooldown Reduction while equipped.​​

    There is not even one on ebay. Or i dont know how to find it. Only collectorz edition, with the red matter console.

    My guess is its a direct pre-order bonus item if you got it straight from Atari.. doubt you'll find any.. I'm not sure I've even ever seen one in game over 6 years

    Looking at the Wiki, I'd have to say no. because like fiberteksyfir said it looks like it was a pre order item, and one that Atari gave out. and since Atari sold the rights to STO I wouldn't count on getting it again. But in all honesty there are better consoles that you could be running.​​

    I'm afraid you're right.
    They changed the console, now it gives CD reduction to boff abilities.

    So it has been upgraded to an "Emergency Command Hologram"!

    I'd probably describe the effect as a "Photonic First Officer" and call it a day.
