Once Per Year.

What did you think of the latest piece of fiction?
Is the reference to the Walker Country Incident a reference to the alleged attack by a cryptid in Walker Co. last year?
Do you like the suggestion that myths of Vampires and like beasts were inspired by the Na'kuhl?

Good grief, from what little I know of the Discovery show on that "incident," I hope not. I get that STO is based on fiction, but it's more believable fiction than that "documentary" is.

The whole rest of the show aside, we're supposed to believe that, while the Men in White Suits were powerful enough to put an end to filming, they were not powerful enough to stop Discovery from showing their footage on two of their networks. All it really is is the network cashing in on their "educational" reputation using the same "Found Footage" plot as Blair Witch.

I'm intrigued. I haven't seen the Discovery show you mention, but as far as the idea that monster myths are "based on" the Na'kuhl, why not? It's a cool way to include cannon in our real stories. I've liked that idea since DS9's "Little Green Men". The idea that the Roswell, NM event was actually Quark, Rom, and Nog cracked me up.

Don't let them promote you. Don't let them transfer you. Don't let them do anything that takes you off the bridge of that ship, because while you're there... you can make a difference.

On this episode of "Finding Bigfoot" the crew is surprised when what they thought was a Sasquatch opens fire on them with a plasma refile
