Where are Na'kuhl long coats?

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
Per the image from the blog, the toons on the outer left and right are wearing long coats. After getting the Na'kuhl lobi costume I can't seem to find the long coat option anywhere as an option.

Perhaps I'm blind but can someone show me how I can don one of those great looking coats?

    Thanks for that, I'll have a look there.

    Costume pieces end up in the strangest of categories some times.
