suggestion about Accuracy

Now the skill tree has changed i was
wondering if the developers could change
the accuracy stat. Have extra accuracy go
towards Penetration instead of critical.

I, actually, do not mind my acc going toward crit hits.

i don't mind it either but thought it would be
alot better. Because the sharper the hit the better
the penetration should be.

I'd like acc overflow to generously boost procs that aren't standard AP. Right now with 2.5% proc rate the beam flavour is close to meaningless. Theres plenty of extra CD and CH in the game as is.
