Tour the Galaxy needs a time extension after skill revamp

Timer on Tour the Galaxy needs to be increased to at least 20 minutes to allow full completion. I've been using the assimilated engines and the turn console for Delta Flight mission to barely be able to complete it under the old skill system with max driver coil. Under the new skill system my base transwarp has increased just over 0.4 to 15.23 which is great, however with all sector space speed skills boosted my max quantum slipstream speed has dropped approximately 5 whole points. This significantly reduces the time boost granted by using my QSD and having a warp core that reduces it's cooldown. In the past if I made an error I would be short by one or two systems. Running the same way now I made no mistakes and was able to only complete the alpha quadrant and just over a third of the beta quadrant. Please revisit this daily to give players a fair chance at full complettion. Thank you.

    15.23 transwarp? Phtht. Try another ship, reputation gear, or consoles. I have three characters that go over 30 and my Ferengi that is my fourth and least played goes over 40.

    I did this last night in my Risian Luxury Cruiser in Beta, getting them all.
    Solar Sail Quantum Slipstream Drive + what ever my driver coil skill is + assimilated drive (transwarp 14?) + trait from completing the tour (SS already goes so long and refreshes fast).
