Captain Retraining/Tokens

The new revamped skill system has been released. If I am a gold member (i.e. paid subscriber) I will get a new retrain token or if my toon is already lets say lvl 50 or 60, will I get 1 or get 1 for each step that I would normally even though I have reached 50 or 60. Now if I am not paying for a subscription, I better know what I am doing with the new skill system or buy retrain tokens from the c-store or will I automatically get 1 token just in case I misunderstand this new system and make a critical mistake in skill selection?

Im going to assume English isnt your first language because your grammar is all over the place. If I understand you though, if you were a subscriber, but not anymore, then any retrain tokens you never used you can keep and can use them any time. If you're not a subscriber, but want to sub to get the retrain tokens we get every 10 lvls, then im not sure. A lot of subscriber benefits are given to you, but im not sure if the retrain tokens are one of them. They should be, but dont take just my word for it.

And no, you do not get a free respect token from the new update, but all of your skills have been reset. So if you mess up (which I have no idea how you would this new system is awesomely simple) you need to buy a respec token.

If you are lvl50 and sub you do not get any retrain tokens. If you were lvl 49 then sub and then get promoted to 50 you would get 1 token. You only get tokens while leveling, they are not given retroactively.

they should be given the new skill system we all have no choice but to use now.

I am confused. Can ou ONLY get these Captain Tokens by levelling up or is there a store that can I can purchase one? As I need one to re-name my character.

Both retrain and rename tokens are in the c store under the services tab. Make sure you get the right one though.

If you are a gold member (pay month $15 subscription fee or purchased the Long Term Subscriber; $300), then every time you are promoted to the next rank between level 1 and 50 you will receive a free retraining token (currently worth 300 Zen each in the C-Store). They are not given retroactively; meaning if your captain is level 49 and you have accepted every single promotion up to that point and then you decide to sub for 1 month, when you get to level 50 you will only get one free token.

As I mentioned, the retain tokens can be purchased from the C-Store. It should be in the "Services" section. If you want to rename your captain, then you need to purchase the Rename Token which I think is 350 Zen. It should also be in the "Services" section in the C-Store. You should also be able to purchase the Rename Token from the character screen where you choose which captain you want to play. There is a Rename button that can be clicked.
