What would you do if tribbles ate your maps?

Let's say you realised one day as you open the Foundry editor that, along with a bunch of costumes and the entire storyboard, 2 of your epic asset-limit-reaching maps had been deleted, or eaten by tribbles. Let's say that the mission they are in is currently published, and could require a bug fix and republish at any time.

Could you face remaking 2 insane and complex maps from scratch using only video footage as a guide?
