Need some help can't login

I don't know if it's just me or the game but I've tried to verify my files, restart my computer, redownload it's just stuck at the loading screen,

I have no idea what happened, is anyone else getting this issue?

    After an update the loading screen takes a bit on first run depending on your machine. Tried to leave it alone for 5-10 mins?

    I haven't had this issue with STO, but Neverwinter freezes for up to 20 minutes after a season launch so...

    I'm having issues too. I keep timing out. Then it jams up my computer so I have to manually turn off the game.

    Have you tried force verifying the game files in case something has went wrong during patching?
