Terran Space and Power Levels Changed for Rom

I have a Rom tac officer, I ground out the terran space set, three parts, had the forth went back to the ico shield. When I set it up I could get all four power levels up past the amp point, now with no changes to my build, traits or spec, I can not get aux and engines up past 70. I still show 2.9 for my leech abilities but can not with FAW running in a long battle get my Aux and Engines up to the point I could before. Anyone else see this?

I even reduced my shields even more and added 5 to each, again same fail. Power levels for Aux and Engines stayed below 75 always.

Sounds like some kind of bug

"He shall be my finest warrior, this generic man who was forced upon me.
Like a badass I shall make him look, and in the furnace of war I shall forge him.
he shall be of iron will and steely sinew.
In great armour I shall clad him and with the mightiest weapons he shall be armed.
He will be untouched by plague or disease; no sickness shall blight him.
He shall have such tactics, strategies and machines that no foe will best him in battle.
He is my answer to cryptic logic, he is the Defender of my Romulan Crew.
He is Tovan Khev... and he shall know no fear."

I do not think its a bug, logged out, restarted game, all results are the same, to add to it I have the same build minus singularity but using the warp core on a fed, it blows right past the 75, so I suspect the singularity as being altered or changed some how. While there are some factors that are not the same between the two officers, almost all the stats are the same.

With the skill revamp coming next Tuesday perhaps some changes siphoned onto the holo deck ahead of time.
In mean time the only solution i can think of is to take off and reequip the various traits.

Other than that, just wait till next Tuesday.

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

I concur, with skill change, things change again, my intent is to pull every thing that draws power off, and then watch the my levels, per the terran singularity I still should gain power, if I do not, it will be very telling.

My results, I gained 6 to aux, 8 to engines, battle was over before these ever gained those values, my singularity was fully charge and I never dumped it. Every time. battle was over, I'd peek then drop to the start. So the climb up is way slow, the drop off instant. If it is a bleed through that means points have to be spent on getting the core to ramp up quicker?

I'm assuming you have flown the same setup for a while and have noted the values before, at least for meeting warpcore AMP, and now suddenly without any changes your same ship setup is no longer reaching AMP values. Also assuming you have double checked your traits and specializations so nothing has been changed by itself or unslotted.

Here's my baseline subsystem power levels (taken in system space) in case it could help figure out the source of the problem if indeed there is one outside of your control. In my case, I'm comparing holodeck now vs tribble, and so don't have baselines of a while back for holodeck.

I'm aware this isn't tribble subforum, but leaving those values in here in case they uncover anything or if some hotpatch started coming in already to affect things. A notable between tribble and holodeck values here is in tribble I've only specced in perhaps one engineering skill that boosts subsystem power, while in holodeck I've managed 6 pts in related engi values. This also isn't a direct-copy character for 1-to-1 comparisons, so other things are definitely affecting the values, just surprising to see what a big difference it is, and what low power levels I'm left with having neglected and clearly gotten the revamped skill tree so wrong.

    Tac Romulan-fed

Holodeck Pilot Engi Warbird Power Levels - built for impulse racing
    - 125/100, 49/15, 62/30, 46/15 = 282 boosted sum (I'm not sure if 125 was max or if more power was available but capped)

Holodeck Flambard Power Levels - 3-pc scimi set + 2-pc T6 scimi set + plasmonic
    - 113/100, 47/15, 39/15, 60/30 = 259 boosted sum

Tribble Scimitar Power Levels with plasmonic leech, 1x DrainX UR mk14 console (which adds 0.3 subsystem power leech per energy weapon in battle) = +2.5 power per energy weapon (inc KCB)
    - power levels: 110/100, 25/15, 25/15, 40/30 = 200 boosted sum

ive always had problems with shield power with the RR, having to manually input the power levels plus consoles to help out with additional power and some skills to increase warp core potential. however you can only get so much from these, you would need additional help to shunt some power to other systems before long, the valdore shield console can help with that. that way you can put more power elsewhere and when you can get a leech console, that can really be helpful in bringing your power levels right up.
    T6 Miranda Hero Ship FTW.

Remember that the skill unlocks for engineering contain part of the power bonus. It's all there it's just arranged differently.

I want to thank all those who replied, With the respec I am again able to break the 75 threshold. Not sure why it started to fail other than as one reply stated, a bleed thru from the pre-patching. I am once again a happy Rom, and again thank you all for your help.
