Kit Performance still mentions affecting all modules

It's pretty simple to see that Kit Performance doesn't actually affect all modules in the game. In fact, as far as I can tell, all that was done was a simple replace of any scaling a module had to be done with Kit Performance instead. If it didn't scale before the revamp, it doesn't scale after it. The tooltip however mentions that at least 1 aspect of all modules improves with the skill, which is counter to the current experience. I don't expect you to update all the Universal/Specialization/Lockbox modules that don't currently have scaling a week before the patch hits, but a tooltip change would be nice just so it says "but will almost always affect at least one aspect of the ability" instead of but will always affect at least one aspect of the ability".
