No Sphere in Sector Space?

I'm somewhat confused;
I thought that once a player completed the mission "Uneasy Allies", the Iconian Sphere was supposed to be visible in Sector Space in/near the Iconia System, and I'm sure that a couple months ago I saw it there while playing a character... but now, it doesn't seem to be visible for any characters I have, not even that same one, whether they've completed "Uneasy Allies" or not or even completed the whole 'Iconian War' mission arc...

Was it removed or something?

    That thing was only there while "Uneasy Allies" was the feature episode with the weekly reward unlocks, after that was over the sphere disappeared again.
