Instructions for taking screenshots:
Feel free to play with your photos in Photoshop or other image editing software if you want, but you don't need to be fancy to enter. All entries qualify.
If you need a place to host your screenshots:
Instructions for taking screenshots:
- Type "/renderscale 1" (or larger number, but needs stronger computer/GPU) into your chat window before you take the image.
- Type "/screenshot_jpg" to take image.
- This will create a .JPG file in the STO program file folder on your computer.
- You can find your screenshot folder in "\Star Trek Online\Star Trek Online\Live\screenshots" - that being a rule of thumb on most computers

- Go to imgur.com/
- Select upload images
- You can either browse your computer to find the path, or just drag and drop an image
- Select your image and press "Start Upload"
- Click "Save"
- Copy the "BBCode (Forums)" code snippet
- Paste here in your posting
