Delta Alliance mark farming...

What is the best way to farm Delta Alliance marks after you have done all of the story line missions? I keep seeing references to a "Patrol the Delta Quadrant" daily mission, but I can't find a contact who will offer it to me. Any ideas?

if you do a partrol mission in the delta Q you will receive 10 marks plus the daily, if applicable. pick up the patrol missions at the planets that have them. Alternately, you have the kobali BZ, bug hunt and borg disco. Borg disco or bug hunt once a day is probably the best way to do it. Unfortunately the daily box is probably the best source for marks considering mark payouts in this game for playing queues are abysmal.

I used the Breach event to get Delta marks for my toons. Events with their 'pick any marks' boxes are good for those that you need and NO ONE is queuing for those STFs. IMO, all old STFs should give you a choice of any old marks.

Yea, thats what I do when in need of Delta marks. Hm... thats what I do when not in need of Delta marks too.

There's no "patrol Delta Quadrant" mission as such: you just need to complete (not skip) patrol wrappers ("With Friends Like These..." etc.) in Delta arc and after you do, you can just fly to patrol locations in that wrapper and do them again whenever you want, like in Tau Dewa. Ocampan freighter and Sakari system are probably the shortest and most straightforward.

ADD: You also need to complete that mission with Eldex and the parasites ("The Dragon Deceit?") at least once on account to play Bug Hunt.

And Kobali Prime (first 2 missions in the Act 3) can be farmed for extra Delta power cells (and Iconian datacores.) You don't see them in the normal replay interface, but there was a thread recently where it all was discussed in all the details. http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline#/discussion/comment/12885144

It will take longer. During the Patrol missions part of the story. I did a stop per day. This way you will get the daily extra marks. So it will build up rather fast.
