Klingon Ship Registry

Besides the vessel having a name designation preceded by IKS, are there any special naming designations for Klingon vessels? The Federation folks have the NX registry, but that's written on the outer hull.

    On Starfleet display graphics, Klingon, Romulan and Cardassian starships have had registry numbers or identification codes without a letter prefix. These include ships like the Klingon IKS Fek'lhr (454435), Romulan warbird PWB Tomal (19386) and a Cardassian warship (324384950). (Source: DS9: "Image in the Sand"; TNG: "The Wounded")
