Space skill selection on station screen / default space skills potential issues

No boff space skills selection possible on station screen: "no selection" for one copied char,
select-able default empty boff space skills selections for other char.

Local/server files corruption for my char, or a real issue?

Sorry, this probably can be deleted, since I now think it's a local issue (the 3rd char shows a similar yet different symptom of boff space skills on station screen being shown but empty, yet non select-able at all "no boff available"). Going to verify my files and if still issues I will post about it.


Edit - solved for one char after force verifying of files (if it's this, it may be local issue, not a bug) the space skills were not the default/currently chosen for the original char at the time of copy, but I could select those or load from a saved loadout.

Update: Other char (the "no selection" one) is still affected, I now see. Could be a connectivity issue or a real bug - I don't know, I am a newbie.

The issue was real, it seems (not solved fully by file verification) but a load from a loadout solved it, though not always for the shuttle type boff skill, until switched to it.

(Like with overflow bag issues,) This or a similar version (I've encountered some version of this BTW) is possibly now in Holodeck for some people. http://forum.arcgames.com/startrekonline/discussion/1214548/cant-add-skills-to-personnel-slots#latest

I am sorry for not being able to CORRECTLY report the missing and unchangable/unselectable space boff slot issue before. Loading from loadout helped, but I probably don't have any affected char anymore.
