Question about tutorial for 2nd character or above, probably not a bug hence here.

On 1st login on a second transferred character I've got R&D tutorial and not (or instead of) skill tutorial, is that correct?
In case it's relevant, note that this char crafted before but wasn't a lot advanced in crafting yet unlike the 1st.

Both chars were level 60, but I opened 1st char, erased it at a point today in order to copy it again and then copied it again, then copied other two chars and then opened the 1st char and got the correct skill tutorial, then opened the second copied one for the 1st time and got the above result (R&D tutorial).

This description might not be accurate.

Due to other issue I think my files can be corrupted so this might be the cause, however if others notice such then it may be still relevant off course. Sorry about this mess.
