Skill tree tutorial (both written and spoken) refers to 25 skill point to be spent for unlock "Ultimate"

But there are only 24 points needed.

Thank you. I was also affected and tried to report this, but looks like I reported this on the wrong section before, sorry.

In case it's the right place, adding to that that the max I could reach at 27 spent on tree was 2/3 of all ultimate individual choices, as other said and as I saw myself. Edit - found the other post, the 2 out of 3 issue was already confirmed (reported by other player http://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/startrekonline/#/discussion/1213386/ultimate-ability-enhancers-only-2-of-3-possible) hence striking this comment out.
