Respec seems to also reset Command Specialization

At least for the "Skills Invalid" Respec after the last patch, it seems my Command Spec tree was resetted.
I did not notice any other spec tree resetting. It seems however that I at least got those points refunded.
Command was set as my Primary Spec in the two cases I saw this so far, not sure if that could be relevant.
