No more crew in 11.5: what about Space Adapted MACO?

I believe I read something about 11.5 abolishing the ship's "crewman" as a factor in space combat.
If so, then what will happen to the Adapted MACO space set's passive ability "Tactical Readiness"? Will the crew recovery rate + resistance to crewman loss be replaced by something else?

    As far as I know, crew buffs will be converted into hull regen rate or something like that.

    I don't have the Adapted MACO space set, but the Crew Death/Disable Resistance of the Jem'Hadar shield for example was converted to more Kinetic Damage Resistance.

    Yup, hull regen, which is very nice since I am using the set for the torp and aux bonus already and I am set up with most of the hull regen traits as well, so...juuust perfect :)
