would it be cool if you could be able to see your ship go in the the space dock as in search for spock

If you get close enough you will see the doors open for you as you enter (just before it cuts to the loading screen).
It would be 'nice' to see yourself inside, but it would not serve any useful purpose and would likely have some serious clipping/lag issues if they let everybody do it.0
