Echelon Alliance: Searching for Seasoned Players Who Desire a Leadership Role

Greetings Captains,
The Echelon Alliance is actively seeking experienced players, with a desire to hold a leadership position. You must be 18 years of age or older. A positive attitude and personality is a must.
You will be given the rank of Vice Admiral. Prospective Staff Officers will have the opportunity to be promoted within two weeks.
There will be an interview, conducted by the Alliance Staff Officers. Performance such as: TeamSpeak activity, ability and desire to interact with others, knowledge of the game, etc, will be monitored during this time. We do have monthly meetings, that include Staff Officers and fleet members. Afterward, we have a brief Staff meeting to discuss the monthly meetings.
Each Vice-Admiral is given a single primary responsibility. Examples are: Communication, Recruitment, and Holdings Supervisor. Every Staff Officer is given a voice in The Alliance. There are many ways to progress further in rank, beyond Vice-Admiral. Please note that Vice-Admiral is Rank 4. Also, Rank 2 and above have full access to Fleet Stores.
Echelon Division (TIER V) is part of the Echelon Alliance of Fleets.
The Echelon Alliance consists of:
Echelon Division: Level 56 ( Founded June 7th, 2012). Our main fleet. (Federation)
Echelon 2nd Division: Level 7, soon to be Level 10 (Founded November 2nd, 2015) (Secondary Federation)
House of Echelon: Level 55 (Founded October 23rd, 2013) (KDF)
STOFA Armada is Level 706, with 3,351 members

P.S. Primary spoken language is English. However, we have Staff Members who speak Dutch and/or German, on an "as needed basis." Again, our preferred spoken language is English.
