Respec token suggestion

There's a bit of commotion about the 'no backsies' for the new respec system. This was mostly due to technical complications which would delay release a lot.
So instead, I have the following proposal that may (or may not) be easier to implement.
Instead of a single use per token, each respec token gives an infinite amount of respecs during a fixed time. So for example, when you use the token, you can adjust your build as much as you like, for the next hour. After that, you'll need to buy a new token. This would give people the ability to correct mistakes, test some effects, etc. And it may be easier to implement. My preferred duration would be a day so you can actually test a few options before you commit, but even as much as 5 minutes would be useful because you can misclick without it costing 500 ZEN each time.
