Unable to collect on "Broken Circle"

Just had a bizarre bug. I played through "Broken Circle", everything seemed to proceed as normal. At the conclusion, my first officer asked if I was ready to beam up. When I returned to sector space, the mission had been reset, as though it had never happened.
