BUG:
Kit Performance states in the Tooltip that it increases the effectiveness(here: damage/magnitude of knock) of all Kit Modules. These bonuses do not apply to Melee-type Kit modules like Lunge or Sweeping Strikes.
I tried different Kit Frames and Skill distributions, but nothing seemed to buff the melee skills (in terms of Knockback value and Damage)

I think this is the result of changin the Combat Specialist Skill. I also don't know if this is supposed to be WAI but then again, why should Melee modules be the only one not affected by a general all-buffing skill

non-melee damage
eg.: energy? / radiation? / psi? / ... and how does physical fit into that?
mechanics appears to be intentional - guessing from the translated modifier:
tactical kits got +15 stat weapon crit that stands for /melee/ modifier
in the old system it's the combat specialists skill /combat/ modifier
(don't mix with /spec/ modifier of special force, that one is /kperf/)
therefore I think this is intentionally tactical only-advantage
in the new skill system the ground progression has: furious footwork
in other words you are gonna go mad from no dps (or rather the opponent) for lunge.
just more show running towards target included. so it serves only as "interrupt/kb" control.
if you want to make use of the full anti-control-proof build then it better be tac [melee][will][ctrldur] or racial trait.
... and controls diversity and availability and versatility is the a huge part of the revamp...
