Missing Transwarp to Qo'nos for KDF characters

My KDF character copies are missing the Qo'nos Transwarp. This only applies to the actual KDF faction, my KDF-Reman has the Qo'nos option (and New Romulus).

All of my KDF characters are affected, and I even tried making a new copy tonight in case it was just an issue with old copies:

Mine also did not get a promotion at level 60, also no 8th BOFF slot for me here either...
