We will be bringing down the Tribble server for maintenance to apply a new update: ST.60.20160228a.6.
We are trying to track down the issue causing players to be booted out of PvE queues. It would be a great help if you could attempt to queue to help narrow down the issue so we can track it as it's happen. Infected Space would be a good one to attempt this on once Tribble is unlocked today.Skill Revamp:
- Positron Deflectors now more closely match their current Holodeck functionality, and increase Shield Capacity, Hull Capacity, and Shield Restoration.
- Resolved a training node tooltip that read "Gravimetric Shift" to use the correct name of "Electro-Gravitic Field"
- Explosives Duty Officers that previously improved Abandon Ship now grant additional threat modifications to your Torpedo Weapons, based on the status of your Threatening Stance ability (more Threat from Torpedoes while Threatening is on, less when it's off)
- A new Ground Captain Ability has been added: Threatening Posture
- This ability behaves almost identically to "Threatening Stance" which was added as a Space Captain Ability.
- Unlocks are at level 32 (Rank I), level 40 (Rank II) and level 50 (Rank III)
- Kit Frames that previously granted Combat Specialist Skill have been updated to give Weapon Criticals skill (instead of Kit Performance
- Updated R&D recipes that create consoles that were changed with the removal of Crew.
Known Issues:
- The Skill System Revamp is still a work in progress:
- There may be lingering mentions of “Crew” on reward packs and other items.
- PvE queues are booting players out once they enter.
- The Romulan Republic Admiralty Campaign is still a work in progress.
- There is an issue occasionally causing maps to crash.
- All Foundry functions have been shut off temporarily.

If I had to Guess based on what I'm seeing, I believe I'm being booted from the TEAM, which then triggers the Standard map removal Script. (Like when you login to a Character, that was left in a Queue Map. It gets removed because its not on the Active Team). I'm thinking thats where the issue lies. In the Teaming, and not necessarily the Queue. I say this because in Starbase 24, when I'm not even on a Team (you can Queue by yourself in a Private). The Queue/Match Treats me like I'm on a Team of One. Which allows me to stay in the Queue. On Tribble this isn't happening. It says I've been booted from the team, on Warp in.
I'll be on to test this theory tonight, if you guys wanna team up!
Also, Please don't remove Solo-ing SB24, Its a great Tanking/Resistance Test, and the XP isn't all that great.

on holodeck the same build gets 1.8 without buffs, and 2.6 with the same buffs i used on tribble, this is with the same build, same ammount of prtg, same gear and traits, feedback pulse should actually be toned down a bit
also, threatening stance and posture will work on pvp ?
they made some changes yesterday to a bunch of sci abilities. wonder if FBP got affected.
I'm seeing better Gravity Well and much better FBP. That said, I also have twice the points in Control Expertise than before and my Aux power is 130+ instead of 125.
"Threat" isn't a thing in PvP, with the possible exception of sometimes affecting summoned pets.
But, having Threatening Stance/Posture active gives the user a chance of having their MaxHP increased each time they are damaged. And that works if damaged during PvP.

I wish this would be turned on for all of the queues. It is a fun challenge to go try to solo different content. A very different playstyle and build is required when you are the only one getting shot at. It isn't like we would be getting rewards faster, generally soloing things takes waaaaaay longer. Also, the XP is pretty much horrible in all queued content.
This is interesting, but I don't see many people taking advantage of this unless we get more gear or doffs that give a buff for hits in like we have in space. If that happened, maybe those +threat kits wouldn't be automatic vendor trash.
I've found that the skills adding to crit rates (combined CrtH and CrtD) in space and on ground don't show up on stats. And since other crit boosts do show up in there, I'm lead to believe those two skills don't work at all right now.
