[Skills] Interaction with existing skill boosts

Hi guys,
Just checking in to see whether people have given thought to how the skill revamp will interact with the accumulation of skill points, the boosts that you can purchase from the C-Store, and the other sources of skill boosts eg from the Federation Starter Pack.
Last time I looked on Tribble (a couple of days ago) the C-Store was not available for testing the Skill Boosts.
What is the plan, if any, regarding skill boosts and the new skill revamp? Further to the conversation on the General Discussion forum about the Federation Starter Pack, it might be an opportune time to refresh these items to improve their value/demand. There was a pretty strong negative consensus on the current starter pack as outlined in that thread.
