Iconian Resistance Shield refers to wrong condition (Shield Disabled instead Shield Offline)

The Iconian Resistance Shield still states that it removes the shield disabled condition after 1 second. It should probably refer to the "shield offline condition".
Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.
