Some tooltips for space items went missing for no apparent reason then reappeared.

It's too late here, I don't have time to try to reproduce it and I /bugged it for some items thinking the bonus is genuinely missing... I'm sorry.
What I saw was several items (bioneural gel, Terran warp core) having incomplete (or even completely missing) tooltips when I first logged in (in Starfleet Academy map) and were back when I got to Drozana space and stayed that way on Drozana ground.
There was no lag spikes or anything...
