BUG: Game crashes after attempting to sign into either Test server (Tribble or Redshirt)

Description: Game crashes after signing in via launcher after most recient patch as of 03/02/16

How to reproduce

1- load launcher
2- patch Redshirt/tribble
3- attempt to launch game
