Cannot load Tribble server

Hi all,
I have a strange problem and was hoping to get some help. I patched Tribble after the skill revamp and ckicked the engage button. The blue bar accross the bottom of the launcer said "accessing account server" and then after a short time the message switched to "Unable to start game client: access is denied".
I have tried verifying files, starting in safe mode, re-starting, etc. and nothing seems to work. Nobody I know can reproduce the problem and holodeck works like normal. Any ideas?

I not sure. Apart from deleting tribble and allowing it to redownload again I am not sure what else you could do. Maybe try the support page, there might be a thread there about a similar issue and what to try to resolve it.
Sorry i cant be of much more help, first i have heard of this issue.
