Two Bugs to Report

As I've stated, I normally try to report only one at a time, and don't report a new bug until the previous one is resolved, but I'm listing two here that are becoming an issue.

1. I'm noticing ongoing server issues. When transferring between maps, I almost invariably receive a "Server Not Responding" alert that lasts for between 20 and 30 seconds. The recent patch smoothed things out a bit, but I am still periodically disconnected suddenly when transferring between maps.

2. Captain and bridge officer weapons disappear when using kit powers. I've been killed several times now because when using kit abilities, my weapon disappears for a few seconds, and my bridge officers do the same when using bridge officer abilities. It's more than a little annoying.

Bumping this after the patch today. The server issues have started to worsen again. In addition to receiving the "Server Not Responding" message literally every time I transfer between maps, I'm also seeing periodic random disconnections again.
