The Quantum Phase Impulse Engines still use the old skill names on their tooltip:

While Full Impulse is active and for 15 sec after:

* +30 Starship Flow Capacitors
* +30 Starship Particle Generators
* +30 Starship Electro-Plasma Systems

Though not technically a bug I find the bonus pretty useless, a slight modification to how it works would be most appreciated.
