Class Skill Stats Missing from Ship Stats + Horrid Break on Plasma Emission Torpedoes

I can't compare this new system to my old system because I can't see any points for the stats. Before I know how to replicate what works for me, I need to know how many actual partgens, flowcaps, so on I have.
The damage output of my plasma emission torpedo has gone down by thousands of dps. My guess is that the theta radiation is no longer being recorded as exotic damage. Also, DoT output is now only giving about 1 second of damage on the burn instead of 6 but the effect is lasting the full 6 seconds.
Overall, my entire science build is down. No output is near what it is on Holodeck.
