Fleet Missions-Colony Defense/Starbase Defense (Lvl Restrictions)

Evening All,
I have noticed a huge disparity in the STF's and Que missions, as far as joining other under lvl 60 players.
I use to love playing Fleet Starbase Defense, but since turning 60 with ALL 11 of my characters, I nearly never get a chance to play.
We need to open up/fix the level issue on these on these two missions, because it makes it impossible for Veteran players to play with new players.
