How Do You Get Max Speed In A Pilot Ship or Herald Baltim Heavy Destroyer in Combat?

I play in Ker'rat a lot, and I'm in a eng pilot. I use a hybrid build which has Pilot 1, Aux2damp 1, APO 3, Ep2E3, and of course the doff that refreshes evasive upon use of Eng team. However, I see people in there that can still achieve yet faster speeds. What other thing should I do to increase the absolute speed limit? Can ya flesh it out for meh?

Pilot team, clean getaway, thrill seeker, insp. leader, momentum, advanced engines, OSS3, advanced hyper impulse spdx3, using most of this on my baltim and it works quite fine so far (but i replaced cg with lambda to use crf3 instead of 1), what is your average speed?
