Specialization abilities do not scale with Kit Performance

Kit Performance tooltip says it affects all Kit Modules, and that at least one aspect of the ability will be affected. All of the modules I've checked so far (just Intelligence one) haven't been affected in the tooltip and don't list Kit Performance as affecting them. I understand this could just be an oversight as they didn't have scaling before since they're Career independent, but now that everyone has the same skill that affects module scaling it seems like a great opportunity to add some scaling to these now.
